"Especialidades FAR" is ideally situated for the curing of hams and pork loins in the heart of the Natural Park of the Garrotxa Volcanic Area. With over 75 years of experience in artisan-style production, our distinctively characteristic products have been created for maximum quality.

“Especialidades FAR” is a member of the Consorcio del Jamón Serrano and the Fundación del Jamón Serrano. Our factories are equipped with state-of-the-art technology for the production of Serrano ham, and bear certificates issued by the TÜV in accordance with the ISO-9001:2000 standards, with the higher level German Food Safety Standard IFS (International Food Standard) and with the British Food Safety Standard BRC (British Retail Consortium).
